Conference24 is the must-attend event for anyone in the convenience sector looking to grow their business, build valuable relationships, and get exclusive insights on how to respond to the way that consumer habits are changing.

This year's Conference will be split into two sessions looking at change and response in the convenience sector.

In the first session, we'll hear from VCCP - an award winning agency that describes itself as a 'challenger agency for challenger brands'. Andrew, Jen and Claire from VCCP will highlight the ways that demographics are changing and evolving, how sustainability is becoming a priority and why convenience stores have been so resilient during challenging economic times. The session will also feature retail leaders Jamie Davison (Bestway) and Teresa Lindley (BP), as well as award winning retailers Sue Nithyanandan and Jonathan Tout.

The second session of Conference24 will be headlined by Co-op CEO Shirine Khoury-Haq, who will outline how the business has been responding to changing customer needs over the last year. We'll also hear from retail leaders Stephanie Wood (One Stop) and Mark McCammond (Hendersons) as well as award winning retailers Steve Bassett and Tom Dant.

PLUS... Conference24: A Year in Store! We're following four leading independent retailers to understand how the demands of their customers have changed over the last year, and what they've done in store to adapt and respond to those changes. The retailers are Paul Stone, Stone SPAR (Manchester); Josie Chamberlin, J Robarts & Son (Hertfordshire); Bay Bashir, Belle Vue Convenience (Middlesbrough) and Jack Matthews, Bradley's Supermarket (Loughborough).
