Legal Support

Retail members can benefit from ACS’ Legal Support Service. This service entitles ACS members to 30-minutes free over-the-phone consultation with legal experts.

There are a number of issues arising from Covid-19 that ACS’ Legal Support Service can help with. For example:

  • Dilapidations – making the most of lease endings
  • Acquisitions and sales – advice on notice to complete; compensation for non-completion
  • Managing residential tenancies – attached to shop premises
