Only One Month to Go Until Conference24: Book Now!

There’s only one month to go until Conference24, our biggest event of the year. Taking place on Tuesday April 30th at the Vox in Birmingham, this is a must-attend for anyone in the convenience sector looking to grow their business, build valuable relationships, and gain exclusive insights into changing consumer habits and how to respond to these going forward. This will be our biggest Conference yet, and we’ve got an exciting line-up of sponsors this year which includes Mondelez Snack Display, Coca-Cola Enterprise Partners, and One Stop.

Conference24 will be split into two sessions, with the first session being led by headline speakers from award-winning agency VCCP. Andrew Peake, Clare Hutchinson, and Jen Cownie will dive into the different ways that demographics are changing and evolving, how sustainability is becoming a priority, and why convenience stores have been so resilient despite the challenges facing our economy over the past year. We will also hear from retail leaders Jamie Davison (Bestway) and Teresa Lindley (BP), as well as award winning retailers Sue Nithyanandan and Zena Tout.

The second session will be headlined by Shirine Khoury-Haq, the CEO of Co-op, who will explore how the business has been adapting to fluctuating customer needs over the year. The session will also feature retail leaders Stephanie Wood (One Stop) and Mark McCammond (Hendersons) who will be joined by award winning retailers Steve Bassett and Tom Dant.

We’re also thrilled to follow four leading independent retailers through a Year in Store, which will showcase how four leading independent retailers have adapted over the year to understand and meet the changing needs of their customer base. We’re delighted to announce that these retailers will be Paul Stone (SPAR), Josie Chamberlin (J Robarts & Son), Bay Bashir (Belle vue Convenience), and Jack Matthews (Bradley’s Supermarket).

Conference24 is also co-located with the National Convenience Show, which allows the perfect opportunity to make the most of your time in Birmingham and hear how retailers are adapting to changes in the convenience sector and keeping themselves ahead of the pack. Don’t miss out, book your place now!
