Conference25 is the biggest event of the convenience calendar, and takes place in only one month on the 8th April!
Returning to the Vox in Birmingham, Conference25 brings together over 500 retailers, suppliers, and industry experts to come together and shape the future of our sector. We’ll be inviting you to take part in two engaging sessions that aims to get everyone thinking differently about the way that they do business in the convenience sector.
The first session, ‘Listen’, explores ways that leading retailers listen to what their existing and potential customers want and need, and how that turns into actionable insight that can be used to become more relevant than ever to customers' lives.
Contributors to this session include:
- Greg Williams, Deputy Global Editor, WIRED: Emerging Trends Analyst
- Chris Gheysens, Chief Executive Officer, WAWA
- Tim Josephs, Head of Business Planning, One Stop
- Katie Secretan, Retail and Sales Director, Nisa Local
The second session, ‘Act’, will explore how retailers can respond to forces that are impacting the convenience sector, showing the speed in which they can adapt their businesses and ideas to change retailing in the future.
Contributors in this session include:
- Nathalie Fullerton, Leading Retailer, One Stop - Glasgow
- Debbie Robinson, Chief Executive, Central Co-op
- Daniel Quest, Sr Vice President – Convenience, BonVeno
- Simon Eastwood, COO, Southern Co-op
- James Badger, Group Commercial & Managing Director, Morrisons
We’ll also be hosting our first ever Ideas Battle, where two teams of award-winning independent retailers will scour the country to bring some of the best ideas that can transform stores in the future, presenting them during their battle at the conference itself.
Following the conference is our exclusive 30th anniversary dinner where we'll celebrate some of the people that have made an enormous contribution to both ACS and the wider convenience sector since ACS' inception in 1995. You can register your interest for the dinner here.
A special thank you to our headline sponsor Takis, our partner sponsors Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and One Stop, and our activation sponsors Mondelez | Snack Display, Cook, and Worldpay. There will be plenty of opportunities to engage with them throughout the day, so make sure to stop by and try their new products!
