Update for Retailers on the 2022 Local Shop Report Survey

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be working with BCC Marketing to speak to over 2,000 convenience store retailers as part of our annual Local Shop Report survey.

The Local Shop Report is our biggest research project, demonstrating to Government how important the 47,000 convenience stores, the people running those stores, and the over 390,000 colleagues working in those stores are to the communities in which they serve. Local Shop Report figures are used in every submission we make to Government, and the report is recognised by MPs and officials as the definitive summary of the UK convenience sector.

If you get a call from BCC on behalf of ACS, we really appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey. In recent years we’ve done all we can to make the survey shorter and easier to complete, so the call shouldn’t take more than about 10 minutes. If the call comes at a bad time, just let them know when to call back and they should be able to reschedule.
