Stephen McPartland MP Visits Innovative NISA Local Stevenage

Stephen McPartland MP visited Kishor Patel’s NISA Local Stevenage store to see the store’s 5,000 product range and implementation of in store Wi-Fi.

Kishor Patel, NISA Local Retailer, said: “It was great to have Stephen visit and see how we are developing our store and evolving our product range to remain competitive in this busy trading area. Very shortly we will be introducing in store Wi-Fi so customer can shop in store and go online with ease.  With so many competitors around us we are always trying to innovate to meet our customer’s needs, we have increased our range and fresh food offer with great success.”

Stephen McPartland MP said: “We all depend on our Local shops which are essential to thriving communities and Kishor’s store is a great example. It is so impressive that he stocks almost double the range of items than the big name supermarket next door and is about to introduce Wi-Fi in store.”

NISA Local Stevenage is based on the busy Glebe Parade and serving the surrounding community. The store has recently collected funds for the local charity ‘Living Room’, which promotes access to quality treatment for those with addiction.

Stephen McPartland visited NISA Local Stevenage on Friday 27th February.
