ACS (the Association of Convenience Stores) are delighted to announce that entries for the 2025 Raj Aggarwal Trophy are now open.
The trophy will be awarded to retailers who have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to community retailing over the last year, supporting their colleagues, customers and other retailers across the sector.
You can enter yourself or another retailer by film or by filling out a short entry form and attaching relevant photographs, ensuring that you show how you have achieved the criteria below:
- Engagement of colleagues in conceiving and delivering activity
- Impact on local community
- Sustainability of activity
- Overall work to support other retailers
Sunita Aggarwal said: "The award is important to recognise retailer who go out of their way for their community and for other retailers, who consider the retailer network as their family. It is recognising the work behind the scenes that they do for their staff and their community. I encourage all retailers to enter, why should you not be recognised for the great work you do?"
Entries will be shortlisted on the 19th June, with voting taking place from the 24th June. The winner will be announced at our Heart of the Community conference later this year, which takes place on the 2nd September at the Houses of Parliament.
