ACS is calling on people working in convenience stores to complete the 2019 Colleague Survey, with five shopping vouchers worth £100 each up for grabs in a prize draw for those who take part in the survey.
The findings of the Colleague Survey will inform ACS’ research projects and engagements with Government. The survey will provide data on staff recruitment, job satisfaction, personal commitments, training and development and more.
ACS chief executive James Lowman said, “We want to hear directly from staff about their experiences of employment in convenience stores to feed into our discussions with Government on future wage rates and other employment issues. The findings of the survey will help to give us a clear picture of employment changes taking place in the sector and shape our policy work.”
All responses to the survey will be kept strictly confidential and respondents must complete the survey by 8thMarch 2019. All participants will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £100 One4all vouchers with winners notified before 15th April 2019.
