This year’s conference will cover three key themes in relation to the convenience sector: recover, retain and reimagine. The sessions will be co-chaired by ACS chief executive James Lowman and Central England Co-operative chief executive Debbie Robinson.
The ‘Reimagine’ session will explore what ‘reimagining’ may mean for the convenience sector and how retailers can adapt and evolve to meet the changing needs of their customers. The session will feature a presentation by Michael O’Loughlin (SimplyFresh), followed by a film with Natalie Brown (Company Shop).
