ACS Seeks Views from Retailers on Staff Training

ACS is calling on retailers to provide their views on staff training and the issues that they face when dealing with compliance in store.

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and will help ACS to understand what training needs members have, and what role ACS can play in meeting these.

At the start of 2014, ACS launched the Assured Advice scheme which has developed into a highly successful suite of guidance covering the major areas of compliance that are faced by convenience store owners. The ACS Assured Advice guide on the tobacco display ban has been used by retailers and suppliers across the industry, as well as being referenced by the Department of Health in their communications with the convenience sector.

The training survey is available to complete online here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CL3MCHJ. The deadline for responses is February 27th.
