ACS (The Association of Convenience Stores) is currently conducting its phone survey for this year’s Local Shop Report. The Local Shop Report is the most comprehensive look at the growing convenience sector, providing exclusive insight into the way that stores are run, the people we employ and the customers we serve.

We’re reaching out to convenience retailers to ask about their store and business practices, including their investment priorities over the last year, the services they provide in store, and any community activity they have engaged in.

Retailers can expect to receive a phone call from someone on behalf of ACS until the end of July, and all answers are strictly confidential. We highly encourage all retailers to engage with the survey when receiving the call as it ensures your voice is heard and enables you to highlight your contributions to your community!

The Local Shop Report is currently due to be launched on September 10th 2024, and this will provide a first look at the report itself, and exclusive discussion between leading retailers about the findings that could influence the way you do business in the coming year.
