ACS (the Association of Convenience Stores) is calling on all retailers to complete its 2025 Employment Survey.
The survey invites you to share your views on employment policy and practices, including the current and future National Living Wage rates, changes to Employer NICs, statutory sick pay, apprenticeship schemes, and more.
Survey data will help to inform ACS' submission to the Low Pay Commission as well as our employment policy work to ensure that local shops across the UK are able to receive proper support with all aspects of employment.
ACS chief executive James Lowman said: “We highly encourage everyone to complete the survey as it helps us to gain a wider understanding of your views on employment policy and practices. Every response is helpful in providing vital evidence that we can present to the Low Pay Commission as we work together to ensure that the convenience sector can continue to provide local, secure and flexible job opportunities."
Click here to complete the survey. All responses are strictly confidential, meaning no information will be attributed to you or your business.
If you have any questions about the survey or wider ACS research, please email Rosie Wiggins ([email protected]). For details on ACS’ employment policy work, please email Jordan Newfield ([email protected])
