ACS Announces Security Showcase Shortlist!

ACS has announced the shortlist of companies who will be present at the 2019 Security Showcase.

Taking place in Manchester on 27th November, the event provides retailers with an exclusive chance to hear from experts about the latest developments in crime prevention equipment and how it can be used to protect their business and staff.

The event builds on ACS’ Crime Report, “It’s Not Part of the Job” campaign with the Home Office, and ongoing political lobbying to get better support for retailers and their colleagues.

The following companies have been shortlisted to demonstrate their product or service at the event:

  • Electromech: A cost-effective cyber solution backed by (GCHQ) Government Central Headquarters and the (NCSC) National Cyber Security Centre
  • G4S: End-to-end cash solution specially put together for retailers
  • Navarra Retail Systems: A range of vending solutions designed to reduce theft
  • Facewatch: Cloud-based facial recognition security system safeguards businesses against crime
  • SECOM: Safety and intelligence solution using remotely monitored CCTV to deter or capture habitual offenders in retail stores through innovative use of CCTV and skilled analysis
  • CBE: An EPoS solution providing fuel retailers the security of having an integration with a DVR system directly to the POS unit
