Colm Johnson is Retail Managing Director for Booker, the UK’s largest food and drink wholesaler. Booker’s retail arm supports independent retailers, including those who are part of Booker’s symbol groups – Premier, Budgens and Londis.

With over 40 years’ experience within the wholesale and convenience space, including 12+ years in commercial, Colm has worked across all areas within the sector; from managing branches to supporting supplier negotiations across different regions, to launching Booker’s popular EuroShopper own brand. In addition to being the Executive Sponsor for Booker’s LGBTQ+ colleague network, Colm also sits as Co-Chair for the Association of Convenience Stores, driven by his passion to support local independent retailers.

With over 22 years at CCEP and a career spanning multiple roles across FMCG, she brings deep experience in sales, commercial marketing and field execution—As Associate Director for Wholesale, she blends strategic thinking with practical execution to create value for customers, retailers and consumers.She leads teams, shapes commercial strategy and champions initiatives that elevate the customer experience.
