My name is Joshua James and I entered the industry in 2023 with my first store - Fresh and Proper Fordham. Together with Morrisons, we aimed to create a premium shopping experience at an affordable price point whilst incorporating the best technology the industry has to offer to maximise efficiencies. Having grown up around the industry, it was a given I would have an interest and passion for it. Since joining I have aimed to be forward thinking and a friendly face for other retailers.
