ACS is calling on retailers to share their experiences of retail crime over the last 12 months as part of the Crime Survey 2016.
The survey asks retailers to outline the number of incidents of crime they have experienced, including shop theft, robberies and anti-social behavioural incidents. The survey also looks into the causes of these crimes and what measures retailers have in place to prevent crime from happening in their stores.
ACS Chief Executive James Lowman said: “I urge retailers to respond to the survey. The Report in 2015 was a great success – launched by the Home Office’s Crime Prevention Minister as well as informing our work with government. Only with your help by completing the survey, that we can build on the report’s success further in 2016”.
The survey can be found here: www.surveymonkey.com/r/ACS_Crime_Survey_2016. The deadline for responses is 18h December 2015.
The results will feature in ACS’ Crime Report 2016 which will be launched at the ACS Crime Seminar in March. The 2015 Crime Report and Guidance, can be found here: http://www.acs.org.uk/research/crime-report-2015/.
