Selling Vapes Responsibly Guide
Retailers have three months left to sell through any remaining stock and prepare for the disposable vape ban, which comes into force on 1st June 2025. To help retailers prepare for this ban, we have created a guide backed by Buckinghamshire and Surrey Trading Standards, explaining in detail ways to prepare for the ban, communicating to customers about the ban, vape recycling, and how to recognise illicit vapes that you may encounter in store.

We will be diving into all upcoming regulations and compliance this year in just two weeks at our Safe & Responsible retailing conference, taking place in Birmingham Repertory Theatre on the 12th March. You can book your place at the conference here.
In the meantime, you can download and view all of our updated Assured Advice guides here.
All of our guides are part of our Assured Advice scheme, which means that all retailers who are signed up for the scheme can rely on each guide to comply with the new regulations and deal with compliance confidently and effectively.
