GroceryAid: Applications Now Open for Winter Heating Grant

GroceryAid has launched its Winter Heating Grant to support low-income households meet the increasing cost of heating bills this winter. 

Applications for the grant are now open and you can apply for the grant if you meet the following criteria:

  • Currently employed in the grocery industry and have been working for the last six months
  • In receipt of an income related benefit such as Universal Credit, Tax Credits or old-style benefits such as ESA
  • Responsible for paying an energy bill (gas/electric/oil)

Colleagues who have already received a financial grant from GroceryAid since September 2021 will not be eligible for this Winter Heating Grant.

If you meet criteria and provide all the information requested with your application, you could receive a grant of £150 per household.
