ACS is calling on staff working in convenience stores to complete the 2018 Colleague Survey, with 20 shopping vouchers worth £50 up for grabs in a prize draw for those who fill out the survey.
The findings of the Colleague Survey will inform ACS’ research projects and engagements with Government. The survey will provide data on staff recruitment, job satisfaction, personal commitments, training and development and more.
ACS chief executive James Lowman said, “We want to hear directly from staff about their experiences of employment in convenience stores to feed into our discussions with Government on the recommendations of the Taylor Review and other employment issues. The findings of the survey will help to give us a clear picture of employment changes taking place in the sector and shape our policy work.”
All responses to the survey will be kept strictly confidential and respondents must complete the survey by 27th February 2018. All completed responses will be entered into a prize draw to win one of 20 £50 shopping vouchers with winners notified on 14th March 2018.
