We were delighted to host our biggest annual event of the year, Conference25 at the Vox in Birmingham. Taking place on the 8th April, we brought together over 500 retailers, suppliers and industry experts to come and shape the future of our sector.

A summary of the day’s events is now available on our member portal here, where you can also revisit the videos we filmed with leading retailers talking about how they adapt to changes in their businesses and listen to customer trends.

We have also made available the entire 'Ideas Battle' session on our YouTube channel, where two teams of award winning independent retailers presented their best ideas in areas like community engagement, supplier relations, safety and security, and more.
