Book Your Place at the 2026 Safe and Responsible Retailing Conference

The 2026 Safe and Responsible Retailing Conference is returning to the Birmingham Rep Theatre on 18th March, giving you the tools you need to navigate the major regulatory changes coming over the next twelve months.

At this year's Conference, we'll be taking a deep dive into the upcoming Deposit Return Scheme and what it means for you. Whether you've never heard of the scheme before, or already have a machine up and running in your store, the first session of the day will give you valuable insight into how the scheme is going to work, providing real life lessons from places where DRS is already up and running.

In the second session of the day, we'll be tackling one of the biggest issues of recent years, looking at how retailers can fight back against the scourge of retail crime. We'll get a first look at the 2026 Crime Report, preview what changes are coming in the Crime and Policing Bill, and learn how best to engage with enforcement agencies to tackle the illicit trade.

Finally, we'll be covering everything you need to know about product regulation and age verification changes coming over the next year. There are new rules coming on energy drinks, vaping, the generational tobacco ban and more, so don't miss out on this session to prepare your business.

The Safe and Responsible Retailing Conference will also feature a host of exhibitors selected to give you new ideas, strategies and products to take away to your store.
