“Now more than ever, wellbeing and what it means to be ‘well’ has become a priority both in terms of our personal and working lives. At this year’s conference, we have dedicated a space to wellbeing and we have been encouraging retailers to take a proactive approach to workplace wellbeing so that they can understand themselves and support their colleagues better.”
