Summit21 is an unmissable event for anyone involved with the convenience sector, bringing together retailers, suppliers and industry experts from around the world.

This year’s conference will cover three key themes in relation to the convenience sector: recover, retain and reimagine. The sessions will be co-chaired by ACS chief executive James Lowman and Central England Co-operative chief executive Debbie Robinson.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Anthony Bennett, Inspirational speaker on teamwork, resilience and mental health
  • Harj Dhasee, Independent Retailer, Nisa Village Stores Mickleton

ACS chief executive James Lowman said: “The coronavirus pandemic has had a dramatic impact on our lives as a society and as a sector. This year’s Summit will explore how the virus has affected our customers and communities and look at the route for recovery and what this means for the future of convenience.

“We’re throwing everything at our second virtual Summit – videos, a thunderdome of audience interaction and most importantly a fantastic group of speakers from inside and outside the industry. It’s going to be really informative and great fun, so I urge everyone working in the convenience sector to make sure that they attend and register their interest as soon as possible.”

Summit21 is sponsored by C- Talk, Ubamarket and Rich.

More details will be announced in due course.
