Our biggest and most exciting event of the year, Conference24, takes place next week on the 30th April at The Vox in Birmingham. This year's Conference will be split into two sessions exploring changes in the convenience sector, equipping you with all the tips and tricks to adapting in a fluctuating consumer environment. We’ll feature a variety of amazing headline speakers and leading retailers who will be sharing their insights and experiences this year.

The first session will be led by award-winning agency VCCP, with Andrew, Jen, and Claire guiding us through the evolution of demographics, sustainability, and resilience of the convenience sector. We’ll also hear about the valuable experiences from retail leaders Jamie Davison and Teresa Lindley, as well as award-winning retailers Sue Nithyanandan and Jonathan Tout.

Co-op CEO Shirine Khoury-Haq will lead us through the second session by outlining how the business has been responding to changes in customer needs over the past year. We’ll also gain exclusive insights from retail leaders Stephanie Wood and Mark McCammond, and award-winning retailers Steve Bassett and Tom Dant.

The second session will conclude as we follow four leading independent retailers in Conference24: A Year in Store. Paul Stone, Josie Chamberlin, Bay Bashir, and Jack Matthews will be walking us through their journeys over the year since Conference23.
