Complete the ACS Colleague Survey for a Chance to Win One of 20 £50 High Street Vouchers

ACS is calling on staff working in convenience stores to complete the 2017 Colleague Survey, with 20 high street vouchers worth £50 each up for grabs in a prize draw for those who complete the survey.

The findings of the Colleague Survey will inform ACS’ engagements with Government and research projects such as the Local Shop Report. The survey will also provide data on staff recruitment and prospects, employment patterns, job satisfaction, and personal commitments.

ACS Chief Executive James Lowman said, “We know that customers value friendly and helpful customer service from staff in convenience stores but that staff costs remain one of the biggest outgoings for many local shops. With the National Living Wage, workplace pensions, the Apprenticeship Levy and other employment legislation increasing the costs of employment, this is not set to change.”

“We want to hear from staff directly about their employment in stores to learn more about working in the sector and to feed into our discussions with Government. The findings of the survey will help to shape our policy positions on employment and develop a wider narrative about working in the sector”.

All respondents will have their survey responses kept confidential. All completed responses will be entered into a draw to win one of 20 £50 high street vouchers. All respondents must complete the survey before 17th February 2017. To complete the Colleague Survey, please access the online survey here. Alternatively, a paper copy to print and return to ACS via post is available here.
