ACS (the Association of Convenience Stores) is calling on people working in local shops to provide their views on employment in the convenience sector as part of its annual Colleague Survey.
Now in its seventh year, the ACS Colleague Survey is designed to:

The consultation covers a number of areas, including: delivering three-yearly revaluations, reforming the appeals system in England, and introducing improvement relief and green investment incentives.

Today (16th February) the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) has published its annual report on tackling loneliness.
The report has highlighted the ACS Wellbeing Guide and its ‘advice on the issue of loneliness, and how retailers can support their employees to develop good social connections’.
These annual reports measure progress against the government’s loneliness strategy, first published in 2018.
