Summit 12 took place at the National Convenience Show, Birmingham NEC on 27th March 2012. It was attended by more than 400 retailers and focused on the main theme of how to beat the multiples.
Summit is an open forum that gives delegates the opportunity not just to listen in but to speak out, in panel debates, Q&A sessions and breakout groups.
