Description

The Environment Forum is a new forum from ACS and  will focus on looking at how the sector can best respond to the environmental challenge from plastic bags to food miles and energy efficiency.  Can we address the Green challenge and commercial priorities and at the same time ensure that stores meet both the needs of the customer and the environment?

Guest speakers at the February Environment Forum included representatives from the National Magazine company (Natmags), Musgrave and Cadbury.

The forum also featured the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) presenting research on consumer attitudes toward environmental issues.
