So a number of Cabinet Ministers have told businesses to work harder to drive economic growth. The actual words used were a little more subtle than that, but the message from Messrs Hague, Pickles and Hammond was pretty clear: stop whinging and get out there exporting goods and growing the economy.
The response from the business community has been pretty easy to summarise too: get the conditions right and we will drive growth, and by the way we're working pretty hard already, thanks.
