ACS Corporate members are companies that join on behalf of a group of retailers, normally in the form of a buying or marketing group. These members benefit from political representation, advice and information and networking opportunities available at member discount rates. The Channel Islands Co-operative
The Co-operative has eleven food stores in Jersey and nine in Guernsey with consistent low prices charged in all stores large and small. The Society is a retail business dedicated to the principles of co-operative trade. Profit is returned to shareholders in respect to their purchases and all members have an equal vote on company policy at the AGM.
Costcutter Supermarkets Group Ltd
Costcutter currently have 1400 stores throughout the UK & Northern Ireland and has recently been listed in The Times newspaper as one of the top 100 fastest growing companies in the UK ( source: KPMG ). HKS Retail
H.K.S. Motors, established in 1984, is a leading competitor in the retail fuel sector.The company first formed in 1984, began through the operation of the first filling station at Ashby Road, Coalville. Today they have now greatly expanded from this and now operate a number of sites owned and operated by themselves, proving a strong presence primarily over the midlands.

Lincolnshire Co-operative
Lincolnshire Co-operative is one of the most successful independent consumer co operatives in the UK, and offer a wide range of services from their divisions. Owned by their members, the people of Lincolnshire and Newark, and has been for more than 150 years. All profits are recycled locally and many of their 2,700 staff get involved with the community by volunteering their time or expertise to local groups or by raising money for their Charity of the Year.

Midcounties Co-operative
The Midcounties Co-operative is the second largest independent co-operative in the UK. Musgrave Retail Partners GB
Musgrave partner entrepreneurial food retailers and foodservice professionals in Ireland, Great Britain and
Spain. The company was founded in Cork in 1876 by brothers Thomas and Stuart Musgrave, and is now
Ireland’s biggest food and grocery distributor. In Great Britain, we completed the acquisition of Budgens convenience stores in 2002 and bought the Londis franchise in 2004.

Simply Fresh
Simply Fresh has a supply agreement with Costcutter and benefits from group trading terms. The model requires retailers to invest in high levels of fresh and chilled food, typically 20m of chilled food and 3m of fruit & veg. As a condition of membership, every store has to be affiliated to a local charity, offer carrier bag recycling facilities in-store and use local produce suppliers where appropriate.

Today's Group is a mutal oganisation that is owned by our members with all profits either being reinvested back into the business or returned directly to members.
