    • Darling Delays Capital Gains Tax Decision

    • Alistair Darling has delayed a decision on changes to capital gains tax (CGT) until the new year, the Government announced yesterday. Final details of the CGT changes, due to come into effect in April 2008, were expected to be announced before Christmas.
