Apply for Your High Street to Be One of Twelve Portas Pilots

ACS has backed Government plans to fund twelve pilot schemes to re-invigorate towns. The fund comes on the back of the well-received Portas review into High Streets and aims to support local businesses and councils to implement the findings of that review.
