The Smarter Business Forum is an opportunity for retailers to find out have to run their business more effectively. There will be speakers discussing how to protect yourself from unfair energy contracts, ensure you are paying the correct business rates, how to reclaim money from PPL and how to reduce energy consumption.
Currently scheduled to speak are independent retailer Jonathan James, speaking on the measures he's taken in store to become more environmental, Chris Wheatley and Christian Boulter from Britvic discussing a suppliers approach to saving cost on chillers, Brian O Hagan from Ecomonitor explaining how to measure and manage energy costs, John Lyons on how to get the best utility deals and Edward Woodall from the ACS Executive team on how to claw back your costs.
The event will take place at the Walkers Stadium in Leicester on September 28th 2010.
