The List of Rateable Values has now been released by the Valuations Office Agency (VOA). To find out how this will affect your business rates in 2010/11 visit the VOA website or ring them on 0845 602 2010 for a quick over the phone estimate.

ACS is currently looking into the impact that the change in rateable values will have on the convenience sector and has reported the detrimental effects of increases to the Government. We will communicate our findings regarding the new rates to the Chancellor in our Pre Budget Report Submission.
