ACS Launches Search for Outstanding Retailer & Supplier Talent
ACS has launched its annual search to find the most promising talent in the retailer and supplier industry. Two winners will be chosen to represent the UK and compete for the Global Convenience Industry Achievement Award in Atlanta, Georgia.
The ACS Achievement Award is a competition open to anyone aged 21-36 from around the world in the business at any level and is specifically designed to recognise insight, innovation and a clear understanding of the current and future challenges facing convenience retailing.
Those wishing to enter the ACS Achievement Award competition will need to answer the following question: "Technology is enhancing the convenience retail customer experience. Discuss future directions for technology that will improve, extend and integrate customer relations and build long-term sustainable growth and profits."
Answers should be no more than 4,000 words in length, although the inclusion of graphs, charts and photographs is encouraged. Please note, the ACS Achievement Award is only open to ACS members.
Last year's winners (pictured) were Sarah Louks (left), retail winner from Lincolnshire Co-Op and Stephanie Hebblethwaite (right), supplier winner from Mars.
