Spar Returns to CRS

ACS member Spar, the UK’s largest convenience store group, will be returning to the Convenience Retailing Show in 2008. Richard Bennett, retail director at Spar UK, describes the show as a “great opportunity to explain to potential Spar retailers the full benefits of becoming a Spar member”.
He says: "We are delighted to support CRS. In 2008 we will be exhibiting at the show to demonstrate to both existing Spar retailers and potential new retailers the advantages of joining an award-winning symbol group, including 50 years of success in the UK, a great brand, over 900 Spar-branded products, store development assistance, retailer support and much, much more."
The group’s presence really does make CRS 2008 a must-attend event for every convenience retailer according to event director Matthew Butler; “We are delighted to welcome Spar back to CRS. The symbol group sector just keeps going from strength to strength and with Spar celebrating 50 years of trading, it’s at the forefront of all that’s going on.”
The show takes place at the Birmingham NEC from April 6-9, for further details visit the CRS website.
