The crucial vote on the Health Bill which will ban the display of tobacco in retail outlets will take place in Parliament on 12th October so there is still time to lobby your MP.

MPs need to be aware that retailers in their constituency are extremely concerned about the cost and disruption of implementing a tobacco display ban. The evidence supporting the need for a ban does not justify the cost.
