Pbsblueprint Online is provided by Prestige Business Services Ltd (PBS) subject to these Terms and Conditions. They may be varied from time to time as the needs of the business may require.
The service is available to all members of the Association of Convenience Stores (ACS) who hold a valid individual password for access to the site.
The content of Pbsblueprint is subject to copyright and users are only permitted to take such copies of any documents as are required in the management of their particular business and not for any commercial or other use whatsoever
The service is personal to the individual user and is not transferable to any other party.
The user’s right to access the site will be withdrawn and the individual password cancelled where:
* the user ceases to be a member of ACS or
* there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
PBS cannot accept liability for:
* breakdown or fault in the service due to circumstances beyond its control
* information, advice or other material provided by external websites
All PBS information sheets are designed to provide users with the guidance they need to implement best business and employment practices and procedures. They are not a detailed commentary on the current law and where advice is required in a specific case users should contact the helpline for more detailed advice.
The use of this website and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be exclusively determined by the English courts.
