 About C-Store Ready

The c-store ready kite mark will be awarded to service providers who successfully meet specific criteria, set out by ACS as detailed below;

• The service provider must be recommended by an ACS member, or alternatively a recommendation must come from within the convenience sector.
• The service provider must demonstrate that their service is geared towards providing first class service within the convenience sector.
• The service provider must give a presentation to ACS members who will decide whether the provider is approved.
• The service provider must be financially secure and have the infrastructure in place to deliver a quality offering to a high standard.

Once a service provider has been awarded the c-store ready kite mark they will be permitted to use the logo on any marketing material they produce.

The Kite mark is awarded for a one year period, as long as the standard of service is maintained.
If, at the end of that year, the service provider has continually met the criteria, the c-store ready accreditation will remain in place for the following year.

With this accreditation, ACS aims to provide its members with a list of service providers they can trust. ACS will market the concept of “C-Store Ready” through the ACS website, www.acs.org.uk, ACS newsletters and other materials.
