Legal Handbook
ACS, in conjunction with legal experts Prestige Business Services, has developed a handbook that covers all staff, health and safety and legal issues. The PBSblueprint has been developed specifically for convenience retailers and is kept right up-to-date with ACS’ legal updates, which are sent out bi-monthly with the newsletter, and has a support website and telephone help line.
The blueprint system is exclusively available to ACS members at a special price of only £120.00 plus VAT and £30 a year after that.

The package contains everything needed for the operation of a legal and safe business. Employment law now means that it is imperative that ALL members of staff have contracts of employment and there should be a staff handbook detailing disciplinary procedures and all staff member's responsibilities regarding health and safety in every business. All necessary documentation to comply with the law is included in the pack.
